Connecting Community - Identity and Culture during COVID-19

Connecting cultural identity and affirming community connection is often easier said than done, especially living in a society that has become disconnected from normality and questions the very existence of difference, especially during the global pandemic.

For surrounding conversations around this topic, the issue of becoming acclimated to what many consider as cultural archetypes often have to be brought to light, especially when bringing multicultural perspectives to the forefront of such conversations.

With the upcoming lineup of speakers, artists and creatives, the Australian South Asian Centre is bringing together some of the emerging leaders on the screen, right to your screen in what is set to be an engaging conversation and dialogue.

In the midst of COVID-19, this platform is a much-needed one; forming the impetus for creative expression, and one that sets the stage for forthcoming collaborations to come.
