This is one of the biggest reasons why we are getting behind the Youth Ethnic Network (YEN) this year to assist in the promotion and engagement for their first public event inspired by Youth Week.

As part of the Ethnic Communities Council of Queensland (ECCQ), one of the longest-running peak bodies for multicultural advocacy and awareness in the state, the newly formed youth leadership group is pioneering the way forward for young voices to be heard and valued, as well as creating a platform for collaboration and addressing the challenges facing youth from multiculturally diverse backgrounds.

Their first year for the event will shine the spotlight on the increasing need for young people to identify employment pathways for career growth that are both viable and sustainable.
