Having your Say - the Power of the Written Word

The pen is greater than the sword, or so they say. For many emerging writers, budding authors, and creative souls, it is the written expression that paints the broader picture of life and explains the importance of the greater story.

For the Australian South Asian Centre, this has been a great step forward in highlighting underrepresented voices and casting the vision for many to take representation seriously, especially in our digital age; and this begins with a conversation.

The last, but certainly not the least, of these conversations, will be taking place in the upcoming weeks, and will bring some of the brightest minds and artists together to navigate creativity and culture with the power of the written word.

As the Australian Indian Digital Creative Festival has run its course, the creative community will continue onwards, and we are delighted to have played a small part in the greater story of our collective society.
