Young people often struggle to discover and achieve their ambitions and careers, searching and attempting various methods and learning as they go on. Some may not even know where or what to look for.

Young Entrepreneurs Connect (YEC) helps young people in this never-ending discovery. Guided by the vision to build a globally leading innovation ecosystem within Australia, YEC makes it their mission to nurture the next generation of leaders and impact makers.

YEC is an organisation dedicated to fostering a culture of youth entrepreneurship in Australia - nurturing ambition in young individuals, aiming to unlock young people’s potential by equipping them with the resources, skills and mindset required to have a successful career, both professional and entrepreneurial.

Young Entrepreneurs Connect runs talks and networking events with industry executives and entrepreneurs to provide valuable knowledge and insights to young people. Founded in 2019, the community has now grown to over 4000 people across Australia and the United States.

Their plans for 2023 include the rollout of Leaders Circle, a suite of invite-only networking events across five verticals: startups, venture capital, investment banking, management consulting and law. In addition, they are launching a startup internship program for highschool and university students to gain first-hand experience at startups!
