Introducing Project One, a program designed by Think & Grow (T&G) to empower people to find meaningful work and solve the skills and diversity gap that organisations are currently facing right now!

Focusing on the human aspect, Project One delivers a coaching and mentoring program that gives people confidence, training them to get the best out of themselves and share what makes them stand out. The program also includes workshops on information and practical assistance to help land your first job, one-to-one coaching sessions to prepare you for a self-presentation and a supportive community platform that answers all your questions.

On the other hand, employers are welcome to look for the right person from the talent pool that Project One possesses. There are a variety of skills which Project One participants will develop as a result of the program, including upgrading their softer skills, lived experiences, and all participants will be able to build confidence, knowing they will be job-ready for new challenges and growth - with more than 200 people finding meaningful work through T&G!
