Young Change Agents (YCA) empowers young people to identify problems in their community. Reframing these as opportunities and developing solutions with an entrepreneurial lens, their aim is to make it easy for schools and teachers to introduce and embed entrepreneurial learning and design thinking.

YCA has been empowering young people through entrepreneurship since 2015. With a strong interest in entrepreneurial learning in the education sector, Young Change Agents offer entrepreneurial learning in schools across the country via leadership and supportive activities.

As a social enterprise driven to building entrepreneurial education, their focus is on technology that empowers young people to reach their entrepreneurial potential in unique ways.

In partnership with indigenous leader Nicole Brown, YCA conducted a multi-stage co-design process over twelve months with over 200 youth and stakeholder voices across different countries, cultures, education and employment areas. YCA discovered that the Indigenous youth play a central role as future custodians of culture, community and employment opportunities.
